Refund policy

·         Eligibility for Returns:

o   Only products purchased directly from Graytex Papers LLC are eligible for return.

o   The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

o   Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

·         Timeframe for Returns:

o   You may initiate a return within 30 days from the order date.

o   Returns requested beyond this timeframe may not be accepted or may be subject to additional fees.

·         Return Process:

o   To request a return, please email us at graytex@graytex.com.

o   Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

·         Restocking Fee:

o   A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price may be applied to all eligible returns.

o   The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.

·         Return Shipping:

o   The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

o   We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

·         Refund Process:

o   Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 10 days.

o   The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified by the customer.

o   Please note that shipping charges, restocking fees, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

·         Exchanges:

o   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

·         Non-Returnable Items:

o   Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

o   Customized or personalized items (unless there was an error on our part or a manufacturing defect).               

·         Damaged or Defective Items:

o   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately.

o   We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
